The hydraulic control system is based on the power of the motor, which uses the hydraulic pump to convert mechanical energy into pressure and push the hydraulic oil. By controlling various valves to change the flow direction of hydraulic oil, so as to promote the hydraulic cylinder to make different strokes and different directions, to complete the different action needs of various equipment.
Open-loop hydraulic control and closed-loop hydraulic control are two basic control methods of hydraulic control, among which, hydraulic closed-loop control system often has a variety of classification methods
1) According to the classification of tasks completed by the control system,
according to the type of tasks completed by the control system, the hydraulic control system can be divided into hydraulic servo control system (referred to as, hydraulic servo system) and hydraulic adjustment control system.
2) According to the linear classification
of each component of the control system, according to whether the control system contains nonlinear components, the hydraulic control system can be divided into linear system and nonlinear system.
3) According to the continuous classification
of the control signal in each component of the control system, according to whether the control signals in the control system are continuous signals, the hydraulic control system can be divided into continuous system and discrete system.
4) According to the classification
of controlled physical quantities, hydraulic feedback control systems can be divided into position control systems, speed control systems, force control systems and other physical quantity control systems.
5) According to the classification of hydraulic control components or control methods,
according to the type of hydraulic control components or control methods, the hydraulic feedback control system can be divided into valve control system (throttle control mode) and pump control system (volume control mode). Further according to the classification of hydraulic actuators, valve control systems can be divided into valve-controlled hydraulic cylinder systems and valve-controlled hydraulic motor systems; Pump control system can be divided into pump control hydraulic cylinder system and pump control hydraulic motor system.
